Annual Budget Process
PRC puts together their annual budget every year, beginning in January/February. The process takes months to complete, with a final Budget Hearing and Revenue Neutral Rate Hearing taking place in August/September. The budget is submitted to the State of Kansas, the Paola School District, City of Paola, and County Clerk offices.
