"SHIELD" Protection Fitness/Self-Defense Class
The Shield "self-defense fitness" program prepares you to handle any situation with confidence. Over six weeks, you'll practice controlled responses to threats, preventing panic and enhancing personal empowerment. Learn effective self-defense techniques, high-impact protective strategies, and evasion maneuvers. Simple, yet powerful. Goal Progression: SAFE - Space, Attitude/Awareness of Avoidance, Focused & Fierce, Effective Exit Engagement
Dates: Sunday's, Sept. 8th - Oct. 13th
Times:
- Individual Group Class - 2pm - 3pm
- Partner Class - 3pm - 4pm *In this class, participants need to have a partner with them*
Location: Sunflower Elementary School Gym
Fee: $30 per class
