Join our fun, low-impact class designed for seniors to build strength, flexibility, and coordination. Improve balance, posture, and mobility with exercises adapted for all abilities. Each session includes mindfulness and breath work to manage stress and restore energy. Embrace flex and flow to combat aging and a sedentary lifestyle.
